Bastian Thusgaard maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Blastable Drumming with Domain Name Learn.blastabledrumming.com. 6. Payments
The Blastable Drumming Course is being offered for sale at €29 (plus any tax) per month and €290 (plus any tax) per year. The Course creator and our Website reserve the right to increase the price as we see fit at any point.
Our Website and Bastian Thusgaard, as the Course creators, accept payments in the following manner: paid in full before getting access to the Course.
You are responsible for making sure that your payments are made on time. Keep your credit/debit card information updated at all times. Should you fail to make your payment in a timely manner, we reserve the right to take steps to rectify the situation.
We may offer free-trial or discounted subscriptions. When a free-trial period ends, your paid subscription begins (unless you have cancelled) and you must pay the full monthly or annual fee. If we provide a discount for the first subscription period, you must pay the discounted fee; in any renewal, you must pay the full fee.
Automatic Renewal: To the extent permitted by applicable law, subscriptions automatically renew for the subscription period until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged at the beginning of each subscription period. If a Purchaser offers a free-trial period, your payment method will be charged at the end of the free-trial period unless you cancel before the end of that period.
How to Decline Renewal: To pause or cancel a subscription, visit your account settings. Your changes will be applied to your next subscription period.
7. Refunds
Please note that there is no refund/return policy for the Blastable Drumming Course. All purchases are final. When you purchase, access, use the course, it is indicative of your consent to the Terms of Use and refund policies. You fully understand and accept that the Blastable Drumming Course does not provide refunds.

As a purchaser of the Course, you’re given limited license to access and use the course. You do not have ownership of any Intellectual Property related to the Course. You are forbidden from making copies, reproductions or any kind of replication of the Course. You do not have the right to transfer the access to the Course to another person.
License to access and use the course is granted to each paying customer only. Should we discover that you reproduced, copied, sold, licensed out, leased, rented or transferred the Course to another person or entity, we reserve the right to seek remedies.
15. Prohibited Conduct
As a condition of your purchase and use of our Course, you agree and acknowledge not to use the Course, any Course content or resources available for download from the Course for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms of Use and/or is unlawful.
